摘要
采用造纸法制备了性能优异的天丝原纤化纤维(LF)/芳纶纳米纤维(AP)复合锂离子电池隔膜。结果表明,与商业化聚丙烯隔膜(PP)相比,LF/AP隔膜具有较高的孔隙率(58.3%)、电解液吸液率(112.1%)、离子电导率(0.79 mS/cm)和锂离子迁移数(t_(Li)^(+)=0.69),使得其组装的锂离子电池具有更好的倍率性能和循环稳定性。同时,LF/AP具有优异的热稳定性,极大提高了电池安全性。
Tencel fibrillated fiber(LF)/aramid nanofiber(AP)composite lithium-ion battery separator with excellent performance was prepared by papermaking method.The results show that compared with commercial polypropylene(PP)separator,LF/AP separator has higher porosity(58.3%),electrolyte uptake(112.1%),ionic conductivity(0.79 mS/cm)and lithium ion migration number(t_(Li)^(+)=0.69),which makes the assembled lithium ion battery has better rate performance and cycle stability.At the same time,LF/AP has excellent thermal stability,which greatly improves battery safety.
