摘要
综述了CsPbX_(3)钙钛矿纳米晶体尺寸、结构形貌及介孔包覆、玻璃包覆等因素对获取高质量激光输出、自发辐射、随机激光影响的研究现状。采用熔融技术与结晶法制备了CsPbX_(3)钙钛矿量子点玻璃,在420~714 nm全光谱范围内实现了可调谐的上转换发光。研究结果显示,具有高激子结合能的蓝光CsPbCl1.5Br1.5量子点玻璃更容易实现放大自发辐射。经440、470℃热处理后,绿光CsPbBr_(3)量子点玻璃在800 nm飞秒激光的激发下可实现全光谱可调谐放大自发辐射;经500、530℃热处理后,CsPbBr_(3)可实现随机激光。红光CsPb(BrI)_(3)量子点玻璃在590 nm处可实现随机激光。
The research status of the influence of the size,structure and morphology as well as mesoporous coating and glass coating of CsPbX_(3)perovskite nanocrystals on obtaining high-quality laser output,spontaneous emission and random laser.CsPbX_(3)perovskite quantum dot glass prepared by melting technology and crystallization method achieves tunable up-conversion luminescence in the full spectral range of 420-714 nm.The blue CsPbCl 1.5 Br 1.5 quantum dot glass with high exciton binding energy is easier to achieve amplified spontaneous emission.After heat treatment at 440℃and 470℃,the green CsPbBr_(3)quantum dot glass achieves ASE under the excitation of 800 nm femtosecond laser.After heat treatment at 500℃and 530℃,it can achieve random laser.The red CsPb(BrI)_(3)quantum dot glass can achieve random laser at 590 nm.
