摘要
采用高温固相合成法制备了红色荧光粉Y_(2)O_(3)∶0.1%Eu^(3+)(摩尔分数),探究烧结温度及保温时间对荧光粉物相结构、形貌及发光性能的影响。利用XRD、SEM、紫外-可见分光光度计和荧光分光光度计对样品的物相、显微形貌、吸收光谱和发光光谱进行分析研究。结果表明,不同烧结温度、保温时间制备的荧光粉具有单一的cY_(2)O_(3)结构,Eu^(3+)作为激活剂进入到基质Y_(2)O_(3)晶格中,占据C2和S6格位;随烧结温度升高晶粒尺寸增大约4倍,发光强度增强约40倍。此外,Y_(2)O_(3)∶0.1%Eu^(3+)荧光粉在190 nm~300 nm波段被有效激发,对应O2--Eu^(3+)的电荷迁移跃迁(CTB);在610 nm波长处表现出较强的红光发射,由Eu^(3+)的5D0→7D2电偶极跃迁形成,此时Eu^(3+)处于C_(2)非对称中心格位上。在烧结温度1100℃,保温3 h条件下制备的荧光粉尺寸均匀且形貌规则,发光性能优异,是较为理想的制备工艺。
In this study,red phosphor Y_(2)O_(3)∶0.1%Eu^(3+)was prepared by the high temperature solid phase method,the effects of sintering temperature and holding time on the phase structure,morphology and luminescence properties of the phosphor were investigated.XRD,SEM,UV-VIS spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer were used to analyze the phase,micromorphology,absorption and luminescence spectra of the samples.The results show that the phosphors have a single c-Y_(2)O_(3) phase at different sintering temperatures and holding times,Eu^(3+)enters Y_(2)O_(3) lattice as an activator,occupying the C2 and S6 sites.As the sintering temperature increase,the grain size increases by approximately 4 times,and the light intensity increases by about 40 times.In addition,Y_(2)O_(3)∶0.1%Eu^(3+)phosphor can be effectively excited at 190 nm~300 nm,which is attributed to the charge transfer transition band(CTB)of O2--Eu^(3+).It exhibits a strong red emission at 610 nm,which is formed by the 5D0→7D2 electric dipole transition of Eu^(3+),where Eu^(3+)is in the C_(2) asymmetric central lattice.The phosphor prepared at 1100℃for 3 h has uniform size,regular morphology and excellent luminescence performance,which has excellent luminescence performance and is a more ideal.
