摘要
目的探究影响博物馆APP用户使用意愿的主要因素并编制量表,为此类APP的开发与设计优化提供方向指引。方法基于技术接受模型理论,通过结构化访谈归纳出界面视觉感知、交互体验感知、信任感知三个用户感知因素为外部变量,构建用户体验影响机制的假设模型,通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析验证测量模型的可行性,形成博物馆APP使用意愿量表;验证假设模型,确认APP用户使用意愿的主要影响因素;运用量表来定量分析临安博物馆APP的用户体验效果并依据通过验证的使用意愿影响因素进行优化设计。结果编制了博物馆APP用户使用意愿量表;验证了影响用户使用意愿的二阶变量,按照强度大小依次为感知易用性、信任感知、感知有用性;通过量表分析优化了临安博物馆APP,效果符合预期。结论优化设计实证了量表的有效性和影响因素假设的成立,表明技术接受模型用于测量APP用户的使用意愿和分析其影响因素具有较高的可行性,运用本研究编制的量表对博物馆APP的开发与优化设计具有一定积极意义。
The work aims to explore the main factors affecting the willingness to use museum APPs and compile a scale to provide guidance for the development and design optimization of such APPs.Based on the theory of technology acceptance model,three user perception factors,namely,interface visual perception,interaction experience perception and trust perception,were summarized as external variables through structured interviews.A hypothetical model for the in-fluence mechanism of user experience was constructed.The feasibility of the measurement model was verified through exploratory factor analysis and validation factor analysis.And a scale of the willingness to use museum APPs was formed.The hypothetical model was validated and the main influencing factors of APP users'willingness to use were confirmed;The scale was used to quantitatively analyze the user experience effect of the Lin'an Museum APP and optimize the design based on the validated influencing factors of willingness to use.The scale of the museum APP users'willingness to use was compiled;The variables affecting the users'willingness to use were verified to be:perceived ease of use,perceived trust,and perceived usefulness in order of intensity;The Lin'an Museum APP was optimized through the scale analysis,and the effect was in line with the expectation.The optimization design empirically proves the validity of the scale and the assumption of the influencing factors,indicating that the technology acceptance model is highly feasible for measuring the APP users'willingness to use and analyzing the influencing factors.The scale compiled by this study has certain positive significance for the development and optimization design of museum APPs.
