摘要
车载无线充电管理一体机模拟系统用来解决电动汽车无线充电时位置“不好找”“充电慢”等问题.当用户发出充电请求时,系统通过GPS模块获得小车当前位置,并根据小车当前电量筛选出能到达的充电点位,同时利用快速排序算法计算出最短路线,反馈给用户;当用户到达充电点后,根据线圈检测装置的信号来控制小车移动,使小车与充电线圈最大限度重合,以提高小车的充电效率;充电过程中实时进行电压检测,电充满后提醒用户离开.另外,该系统利用NFS服务连接嵌入式开发板和PC端,方便后续对系统的维护和升级.系统多次测试的结果表明,能可靠、稳定地实现上述功能.
In this paper,the simulation system of vehicle wireless charging and management is designed to deal with the difficulty in finding a charger and slow charging.When a user sends out a charging request,the system obtains the current position of the trolley through the GPS module,screening out a charging point according to the current electric quantity of the trolley,calculating the shortest route by using a quick sorting algorithm for the user.After a user gets to a charging point,the trolley is controlled to move according to a signal from the coil detection device for the maximum superposition between the trolley and the charging coil and to improve the charging efficiency.Meanwhile,voltage detection is conducted in the charging process,and the user is notified to leave once the battery is fully charged.In addition,the system uses the NFS service to connect the embedded development board and the PC end system,which is for the convenience of the maintenance and upgrade of the system.The system has been tested for multiple times,and the results show that the above functions can be implemented in a reliable and stable manner.
