摘要
耳鸣是耳鼻喉科的常见病、难治病,且近年来发病率有所上升。中医药治疗耳鸣有其独特思路,多以“肾开窍于耳”为基础进行治疗,但耳鸣的病机复杂,常规治疗的临床疗效可重复性较低。目前耳鸣患者的群体逐渐年轻化,耳鸣伴随焦虑、抑郁的患者比例明显升高,仅从肾论治已不足以应对现在的耳鸣患者。干祖望治疗耳鸣总结古籍理论和各类医家思想,其中尤其重视从心论治耳鸣,通过心与耳生理与病理的联系分析出心火上炎、心气郁结、心脉瘀阻、营血虚损四种病机并给予相应治疗,取得了不错的疗效。
Tinnitus is a common and difficult-to-treat illness of ENT department,and its incidence has increased in recent years.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tinnitus has its unique ideas,mostly take the“kidney manifesting on ear”as the basis for treatment,but tinnitus pathogenesis is complex,and the clinical efficacy of conventional treatment holds low repeatability.At present,the group of tinnitus patients is gradually getting younger,and the proportion of tinnitus patients with the accompanying symptom of anxiety and depression is significantly higher,so the treatment proceeded from the kidney is not enough to treat the tinnitus patients nowadays.Gan Zuwang summarized the ancient theories and ideas of various doctors on tinnitus treatment,in which he especially gave importance to the treatment of tinnitus from the theory from the heart,through the physiological and pathological relationship between the heart and the ear to analyze the pathogenesis of heart-fire flaming,stagnation of heart,heart vessel stasis and camping blood deficiency,and gave corresponding treatment,and achieved good curative effect.
