摘要
针对现有移动式带式输送机落料点除尘设备存在的除尘效率低、能耗高以及智能化程度低等问题,提出了一种智能移动式带式输送机落料点除尘方案。该方案通过降低落料点物料冲击速度,结合旋流除尘和喷雾除尘技术,并利用PLC控制箱进行粉尘浓度监测,最终通过阻尼挡尘帘减少粉尘排放,实现了对移动式带式输送机落料点的智能高效除尘。通过数值模拟实验验证了方案的有效性。结果表明,该方案显著提高了除尘效率和智能化程度,为煤矿的绿色生产提供了重要支持。
Aiming at the problems of low dust removal efficiency,high energy consumption,and low level of intelligence in the existing dust removal equipment for the material dropping point of mobile belt conveyors,an intelligent dust removal scheme for the material dropping point of mobile belt conveyors is proposed.By reducing the impact speed of materials at the falling point,combining the cyclone dust removal and spray dust removal technology,and using the PLC control box to monitor the dust concentration,the scheme finally reduces the dust emission by damping the dust curtain,realizing the intelligent and efficient dust removal of the falling point of the mobile belt conveyor.The effectiveness of the scheme was verified through numerical simulation experiments.The results indicate that this scheme significantly improves dust removal efficiency and intelligence,providing important support for green production in coal mines.
