摘要
以科技创新为核心驱动力的新质生产力,正逐渐成为推动中国经济高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点。为探究推动企业新质生产力发展的核心要素和关键路径,文章利用生产力三要素理论分析新质生产力的基本概念和构成要素,提出以科技创新为核心动力、高素质人才为核心资源、新兴产业为核心载体、传统产业为核心基石的“四核”驱动因素。文章认为,新质生产力与传统生产力相互交织、互为补充,共同推动社会经济的进步与繁荣。企业要以传统生产力为支撑,通过对劳动力、劳动资料、劳动对象的整合优化推动新质生产力的动态发展。基于“四核”驱动因素,企业新质生产力发展主要在于科技创新的革新与驱动、高素质人才的支撑与保障、新兴产业的引领与落实,以及传统产业的升级与转型。具体而言,企业需要从改善创新环境与研发投入、完善人才引进与员工培训、赋能流程改造与智能制造等四个关键路径出发,促进新质生产力的发展,进而在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,实现高质量发展。
The new quality productivity with science and technology innovation as the core driving force is gradually becoming the inherent requirement and important focus point for promoting the highquality development of China's economy.In order to explore the core elements and key paths to promote the development of new quality productivity of enterprises,the paper analyzes the basic concepts and components of new quality productivity by using the theory of the three elements of productivity,and proposes a"four-core"driving force with scientific and technological innovation as the core driving force,high-quality human resources as the core resources,emerging industries as the core carriers,and traditional industries as the core cornerstones.According to the paper,the new quality productivity and traditional productivity are intertwined and complementary to each other,and jointly promote social and economic progress and prosperity.Enterprises should take the traditional productivity as the support and promote the dynamic development of the new quality productivity through the integration and optimization of labor force,labor materials and labor objects.Based on the"four-core"driving factors,the development of new productivity mainly lies in the innovation and drive of scientific and technological innovation,the support and guarantee of high-quality talents,the leadership and implementation of emerging industries,and the upgrading and transformation of traditional industries.Specifically,enterprises need to improve the innovation environment and R&D investment,improve the introduction of talent and staff training,empower process transformation and intelligent manufacturing,i.e.,the four key paths to promote the development of new productivity so as to stand out in the fierce competition in the market and achieve high-quality development.
