摘要
目的:分析新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)疫苗接种后免疫球蛋白及补体变化特点。方法:回顾性分析我院2021年10月—2022年4月耳鼻喉科就诊的605例3~17岁非急性感染住院儿童COVID-19疫苗接种情况与临床资料。分析第一剂和第二剂COVID-19疫苗接种后不同时间各组儿童血清免疫球蛋白与补体变化规律。结果:第一剂COVID-19疫苗接种后<1个月、1~<2个月、2~<3个月、3~<4个月、4~<5个月、5~<6个月及未接种疫苗7组儿童免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、补体C3(C3)水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第二剂COVID-19疫苗接种后<1个月、1~<2个月、2~<3个月、3~<4个月、4~<5个月及未接种疫苗6组儿童免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgA、C3水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COVID-19疫苗接种后免疫球蛋白和补体变化趋势显示免疫球蛋白M(IgM)在第一、第二剂接种后1个月均升高,且在第一剂接种后升高更明显;IgA在第一、第二剂接种后均升高,且能维持较长时间;IgG在第二剂接种后1个月内升高明显;C3第一剂、第二剂接种后有先降低后升高的趋势。结论:COVID-19疫苗接种可升高IgG、IgA水平,且两剂接种较一剂接种升高更显著。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of immunoglobulin and complement changes after vaccination against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:Retrospective analysis of 605 cases of non-acutely infected hospitalized children aged 3~17 years with COVID-19 vaccination and clinical data from October 2021 to April 2022 attending our hospital.The change patterns of serum immunoglobulin and complement in each group of children at different times after the first and second doses of COVID-19 vaccination were analyzed.Results:The differences in IgA and C3 levels were statistically significant among children in 7 groups:<1 month,1~<2 months,2~<3 months,3~<4 months,4~<5 months,5~<6 months and unvaccinated children after the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination(P<0.05).The differences in IgG,IgA and C3 levels were statistically significant among children in 6 groups:<1 month,1~<2 months,2~<3 months,3~<4 months,4~<5 months and unvaccinated children after the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination(P<0.05).The trend of changes showed that IgM increased at 1 month after the first and second doses of vaccination,and the increase was more obvious after the first dose of vaccination;IgA increased after the first and second doses of vaccination,and could be maintained for a longer period of time;IgG increased significantly at 1 month after the second dose of vaccination;C3 had a tendency to decrease and then increase after the first and second doses of vaccination.Conclusion:COVID-19 vaccination elevated IgG and IgA levels,and the elevation was more pronounced with two doses than with one dose.
