摘要
环状RNA(Circular RNA,circRNA)是一类特殊的非编码RNA,其在生物体中广泛存在,是目前RNA领域最新的研究热点。本文通过详细对比分析动植物circRNA,综述植物circRNA的形成机制以及功能作用机理,为进一步深入研究植物circRNA提供基础。
Circular RNA(circRNA)is a unique class of non-coding RNA,which exists widely in various organisms and has become the latest hot research topic in the field of RNA.This paper reviewed the formation mechanism and functional mechanism of plant circRNA based on the detailed comparative analysis of plant and animal circRNA,which could provide a basis for further in-depth research on plant circRNA.
