摘要
植被生物量是生态系统健康评价和碳汇研究的重要指标,利用先进技术实现植被生物量大范围的精准估测,对生态系统的保护与管理具有重要意义。近年来,遥感技术的快速发展为植被生物量反演提供了新的手段,再结合人工智能算法构建的植被生物量反演模型,可实现大范围、高效率的植被生物量精准估测。本文以遥感技术在植被生物量反演的研究与应用为主线,探寻了植被特征和环境因子两类因素在植被生物量反演的应用,深入分析了光谱遥感和雷达遥感数据分别在植被生物量反演研究的现状和发展前景,通过对植被生物量反演的回归模型、机器学习模型和混合模型优缺点的分析,进一步揭示了不同遥感方法和生物量模型对植被生物量反演精度的影响。本文旨在探讨遥感定量反演技术在植被生物量估测中的应用潜力,为生态系统的保护提供理论支持。
Vegetation biomass is an important indicator for the ecosystem health assessment and carbon sink research.The utilization of advanced technology to achieve large-scale accurate estimation of vegetation biomass is of great significance for the ecosystem protection and management.In recent years,the rapid development of remote sensing technology has provided new means for vegetation biomass inversion,and combined with the vegetation biomass inversion models constructed by artificial intelligence algorithms,it can efficiently realize the accurate estimation of vegetation biomass on a large scale.This article examined the application of remote sensing technology in the vegetation biomass inversion,with a particular focus on the role of vegetation characteristics and environmental factors in this process.It also analyzed the current status and future prospects of spectral and radar remote sensing data in vegetation biomass inversion research.Furthermore,it explored the impact of different remote sensing methods and biomass models on the accuracy of vegetation biomass inversion,with a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of regression models,machine learning models,and mixed models in vegetation biomass inversion.The aim of this article was to examine the potential applications of remote sensing quantitative inversion technology in vegetation biomass estimation,and to provide theoretical support for ecosystem protection.
