摘要
疫苗接种是防控疫苗可预防疾病的最有效手段,其免疫效果的影响因素多且复杂。本文基于健康生态学理论模型对影响儿童疫苗接种免疫效果的个体、家庭、社区、疫苗接种服务体系、疫苗、社会环境等多层面因素进行了综述,为保障儿童疫苗接种免疫效果提供参考。
Vaccination is the most effective means to prevent and control vaccine-preventable diseases,and factors influencing the immune effects of vaccination are numerous and complex.In this article,we review multi-level factors influencing the immune effects of childhood vaccination at levels of the individual,the family,the community,the vaccination service system,the vaccine,and the social environment,based on the health ecology model,aiming to provide reference for ensuring the protective immune effect of childhood vaccination.
