服务乡村振兴需求的高校实践类课程“两层·三维·四环”模式创新——以首批国家社会实践一流课程“农村经济发展调查”为例

摘要 为了培养高端实践创新型人才,服务科教兴国和人才强国战略,高校实践类课程教学模式需要进一步改革创新。首批国家级社会实践一流课程“农村经济发展调查”着力培养农林经济管理专业拔尖创新型人才,通过构建高质量实践类课程体系,助推教育强国建设。课程基于新农科建设背景,进行实践类课程改革,搭建“两层·三维·四环”的特色人才培育机制。立足“两层”思维导向,探索理论与实践相互融合的新体系;聚焦“三维”要素基础,搭建理论与实践相互支撑的新途径;紧扣“四环”保障机制,深化理论与实践相互促进的新结构。围绕情景式、沉浸式、参与式教学方法,聚焦教师、资源、平台多个维度,把握教学、实践、考核、管理四个课程建设环节,通过设计高质量实践类课程教学体系,培养“尚德行、懂理论、能实践、会创新”的乡村振兴青年人才。 To cultivate high-end,practical,and innovative talents and serve the strategic needs of developing the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talents,the teaching mode of practical courses in colleges and universities needs to be further reformed and innovated.The first batch of first-class national social practice course“Survey on Rural Economic Development,”focuses on cultivating top-notch and innovative talents specialized in Agricultural and Forestry Economic Management and contributes to constructing a solid country through building a high-quality practice course system.Based on the background of constructing new agricultural science,the course carries out the reform of practice courses.It creates the characteristic talent cultivation mechanism of“two-layer,three-dimension and four-ring”.Based on the“two-layer”thinking orientation,it explores the new system of mutual integration of theory and practice,focusing on the“three-dimension”elements of the foundation to build a new way of mutual support of theory and practice,closely linked to the“four-ring”guarantee mechanism,deepen the new structure of mutual promotion between theory and practice.It focuses on situational,immersive,and participatory teaching methods,focusing on multiple dimensions of teachers,resources,and platforms,grasping the four curriculum construction links of teaching,practice,assessment,and management,and designing a high-quality practical curriculum teaching system to cultivate rural revitalization young talents who are“ethical,theoretically literate,practically capable and innovative”.
