高职国际化人才跨文化交际能力培养的构成要素、现实困境与行动策略

摘要 全球化背景下,跨文化交际能力成为国际人才核心竞争力的重要组成部分。通过阐述高职国际化人才跨文化交际能力的构成、培养要素以及面临的困境,从构建国际化课程体系、创新教学方法与手段、提升教师跨文化交际能力、加强国际合作与交流、完善评估与反馈机制等方面提出高职院校国际化人才跨文化交际能力培养策略,以加强高职学生的跨文化交际能力培养,满足全球化经济对国际化人才跨文化交际能力的需求。 Under the background of globalization,cross-cultural communication competence has become an important part of the core competitiveness of international talents.This study expounds on the composition and cultivation elements of cross-cultural communication ability of internationalized talents in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the diffculties in cultivating cross-cultural communication ability of internationalized talents in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward strategies for cultivating crosscultural communication ability of internationalized talents in vocational colleges from the perspectives of building an internationalized curriculum system,innovating teaching methods and means,enhancing teachers'cross-cultural communication ability,strengthening international cooperation and exchange,and improving evaluation and feedback mechanisms.These strategies aim to enhance the cross-cultural communication ability of higher vocational college students and meet the demand of the globalized economy for the core competitiveness of internationalized talents in cross-cultural communication ability.
