摘要
研究表明胃复春具有抑制幽门螺旋杆菌感染、增强胃蛋白酶活力、抑制胃癌细胞增殖与诱导细胞凋亡等作用。临床广泛用于慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃癌癌前病变、消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎伴反流性食管炎等疾病,对于治疗上述疾病的作用机制有共同点,亦有差异。发挥作用的物质基础主要为人参皂苷类、黄酮类、二萜类等活性成分。通过回顾相关文献,从胃复春的药理作用、作用机制、临床应用及物质基础等方面进行综述,旨在为其相关研究的深入开展提供一定的参考依据。
Studies have shown that Weifuchun can inhibit the infection of Helicobacter pylori,enhance the activity of pepsin,inhibit the proliferation of gastric cancer cells and induce apoptosis.It is widely used in clinic for chronic superficial gastritis,chronic atrophic gastritis,precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,peptic ulcer,chronic gastritis with reflux esophagitis and other diseases.There are similarities and differences in the mechanism of action for treating the above diseases.The active ingredients are ginsenosides,flavonoids,diterpenoids,etc.By reviewing the relevant literature,the pharmacological effects,mechanism,clinical application and material basis of Weifuchun are reviewed in order to provide some reference for further research.
