摘要
目的探讨口腔鳞癌(OSCC)患者血清半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2020年6月至2023年3月南阳市口腔医院收治的80例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者纳入OSCC组,选取同期健康体检者80例纳入对照组。术前采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELSIA)检测Galectin-3水平。分析血清Galectin-3与OSCC患者临床病理参数的相关性,比较OSCC组和对照组血清Galectin-3水平,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估血清Galectin-3对OSCC的预测价值,采用多因素logistic回归分析探讨OSCC的危险因素。结果OSCC组患者血清Galectin-3水平高于对照组(P<0.05);年龄>60岁、有吸烟史、病理学分化(低分化+中分化)、肿瘤>2 cm、TNM分期(Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期)、发生淋巴结转移的OSCC组患者血清Galectin-3水平高于年龄≤60岁、无吸烟史、病理学分化(高分化)、肿瘤≤2 cm、TNM分期(Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期)、未发生淋巴结转移的OSCC组患者(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示血清Galectin-3诊断OSCC的价值高。多因素logistic回归分析显示血清Galectin-3高表达为OSCC的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论口腔鳞癌患者血清Galectin-3水平升高,血清Galectin-3水平升高为口腔鳞癌的独立相关因素,有望作为OSCC侵袭转移评估的生物标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of serum galectin-3(Galectin-3)in patients with oral squamous carcinoma(OSCC).Methods A total of 80 patients with OSCC treated in Nanyang Stomatological Hospital from June 2020 to March 2023 were selected as OSCC group,and 80 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as control group.The level of galectin-3 was detected by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELSIA).The correlation between serum galectin-3 and clinicopathological parameters of OSCC patients was analyzed,and the serum galectin-3 levels of OSCC group and control group were compared,and the predictive value of serum galectin-3 to OSCC was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,and the risk factors of OSCC were discussed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The level of serum galectin-3 in OSCC group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of serum galectin-3 in OSCC patients with age>60 years,smoking history,pathological differentiation(low differentiation+medium differentiation),tumor>2 cm,TNM stage(stageⅢ+stageⅣ),lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in OSCC patients with age≤60 years,no smoking history,pathological differentiation(high differentiation),tumor≤2 cm,TNM stage(stageⅠ+stageⅡ),without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The ROC curve shows that serum Galectin-3 has high diagnostic value for OSCC.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the high expression of serum galectin-3 was the risk factor of OSCC(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with OSCC have elevated serum Galectin-3 levels,and elevated serum Galectin-3 level is independent related factor for OSCC,which is expected to be used as biomarker for OSCC invasion and metastasis assessment.
