摘要
目的探究脾肾气虚型糖尿病神经源性膀胱(DNB)患者采用健脾益肾调糖饮联合针灸治疗的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年8月滕州市中医医院收治的60例脾肾气虚型DNB患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用健脾益肾调糖饮联合针灸治疗。对比两组患者的中医证候评分、尿动力学指标及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的膀胱残余尿量少于对照组,最大尿流率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾肾气虚型DNB患者采用健脾益肾调糖饮联合针灸治疗,能显著改善其临床症状,治疗效果佳。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yishen Tiaotang Drink combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on diabetic neurogenic bladder(DNB)patients with spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type.Methods Sixty DNB patients with spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type admitted to Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Tiaotang Drink combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The TCM syndrome score,urodynamic indexes and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the residual urinary volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the maximum flow rate was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Tiaotang Drink combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of DNB patients with spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type,and the therapeutic effect is good.
