摘要
教学设计能力是教师需要具备的最核心能力之一,高校在培养未来教师教学设计能力的过程中仍存在教师反馈不足与缺乏个性化指导等问题。以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能(GAI)为教师教育工作提供了全新的机遇和挑战。研究尝试探究GAI支持的高校科学与技术教育专业研究生人机协同教学设计的可能性和效果。39名选修了“科学与技术教育教学设计与实施”课程的研究生在课堂围绕科技教育主题开展人机协同教学设计实践,在GAI的辅助下完成了对初始教学设计的完善,之后基于师生反馈又对第二个版本的教学设计进行了优化。研究发现,三个版本的教学设计作品质量存在显著差异,GAI的辅助以及师生反馈对研究生教学设计作品质量提升有积极影响;在人机协同过程中,研究生会反思GAI给出的反馈,倾向与GAI进行多轮交互来获取有效的反馈;教师、同伴以及GAI在协同教学设计过程中扮演不同的角色,彼此有互补;大多数研究生希望未来还可以使用GAI辅助教学设计。基于已有发现,本研究提出三点建议:人机协同教学设计过程中应加强师生反馈对提升作品质量的作用;教师可以引导学生与GAI开展高质量对话;鼓励学生规范使用GAI。
Instructional design is one of the most essential skills that all teachers need to possess.In the process of cultivating future teachers’instructional design skill,universities still face problems such as insufficient teacher feedback and lack of personalized guidance.Generative Artificial Intelligence(GAI)represented by ChatGPT provides new opportunities and challenges for teacher education.The study attempted to explore the possibility and effectiveness of human-GAI collaborative instructional design for graduate students majoring in science and technology education in universities.39 graduate students who took the elective course of“Science and Technology Education Teaching Design and Implementation”carried out human-computer collaborative instructional design practice around the theme of science and technology education.With the assistance of GAI,they completed the improvement of the initial instructional design,and then optimized the second version of the teaching design based on feedback from teacher and peers.Research has found that there were significant differences in the quality of instructional design works among the three versions,and the assistance of GAI and feedback from teacher and peers had a positive impact on improving the quality of graduate’s instructional design works.In the process of human-GAI collaboration,graduate students tended to reflect on the feedback provided by GAI and engaged in multiple rounds of interaction with GAI to obtain effective feedback.Teacher,peers,and GAI played different roles in the collaborative instructional design process,complementing each other.Most graduate students hoped to use GAI to assist in instructional design in the future.Based on the findings,this study proposed three suggestions.In the process of human-GAI collaborative instructional design,the role of teacher and peer feedback in improving the quality of works should be strengthened.Teachers can guide students to engage in high-quality dialogue with GAI.Teachers may encourage students to use GAI in a standardized manner.
