缩比电容器装置噪声特性及其影响因素研究

摘要 滤波电容器装置作为换流站主要噪声源之一,对换流站周边的噪声影响尤为显著。为准确掌握滤波电容器装置的噪声特性,排除现场测量时其他声源的干扰,文中利用电容器单元组成缩比电容器装置,在半消声室内对其进行了噪声测量,总结分析了噪声的频谱特性,并对空间分布特性进行了讨论,发现缩比电容器装置的噪声辐射具有明显的方向性和对称性。此外,通过改变加载条件和布置方式进行了噪声特性的影响因素分析,结果表明:同样加载条件下平卧时装置非套管侧的声压级会更高;电容器单元数量减少一半,声压级约下降3 dB,但非套管侧声压级会出现“饱和”现象;当底面间距、侧面间距约为3/4声波波长时,装置套管侧方向有对应频率声压级的极小值。研究结果为电容器装置的噪声评估和降噪设计提供了基础数据支持,存在参考借鉴的意义。 Filter capacitor,as one of the main noise sources of converter station,has significant impact on the noise around the converter station.In order to accurately master the noise characteristics of the filter capacitor and eliminate the interference with other sound source during field measurement,a scaled capacitor is made up of capacitor unit and its noise is measured in a semi-anechoic chamber.The spectral characteristics of the noise is summarized and the spatial distribution characteristic is discussed.It is found that the noise radiation of the scaled capacitor possesses obvious directional and symmetrical performance.Furthermore,the influence factors of noise characteristics are analyzed by changing the loading conditions and arrangement mode.The results show that under the same loading condition the sound pressure level(SPL)on the non bushing side of the device in flat configuration will be higher.The SPL is reduced approximately by 3 dB when the number of capacitor units are reduced by half,but the SPL at the non bushing side will be saturated.When the bottom spacing or the side spacing are about 3/4 of the acoustic wavelength,there is a minimum of the corresponding frequency SPL in the direction of bushing side direction of the device.The study result has provided basic data support for the noise assessment and reduction design and has reference significance.
