摘要
本研究对70#沥青和SBS改性沥青进行一次老化,并通过抽提试验得到废旧沥青回收料(RAP)旧沥青作为试验原材料。随后,将再生剂添加进三种老化沥青,制备出相应的三种再生沥青。对再生沥青的三大指标进行分析研究,结果表明,最佳掺量(6%)情况下,再生剂不仅能够有效恢复旧沥青的针入度、软化点、黏度,亦能有效恢复其高温和低温流变特性;再生沥青经二次老化后,其针入度下降、软化点上升、旋转粘度上升、高温性能提升以及低温性能进一步下降。
To study the secondary anti-aging characteristics of rejuvenated asphalt,three types of asphalt,namely 70#base asphalt,SBS modified asphalt and recycled old asphalt from RAP,were selected as the research objects.Rotary Thin film oven(RTFO)test and pressure aging Vessel(PAV)test were used to simulate The first aging process for 70#asphalt and SBS modified asphalt was performed.The recycled old asphalt was obtained from RAP by extraction test.Then,the corresponding rejuvenated asphalts were prepared by adding rejuvenating agent into three types of firstly aged asphalts.The optimal dosage of the rejuvenating agent was 6%determined by the properties of the three major indicators of rejuvenated asphalt were researched.The performance variations of penetration,softening point,ductility,viscosity,high temperature and low temperature rheological properties of the three types of rejuvenated asphalts were investigated.The results show that the adding rejuvenating agent at optimal dosage(6%)can effectively recover not only the penetration,softening point and viscosity of firstly aged asphalts,but also the high temperature and low temperature rheological properties.After that,the secondary aging process was conducted on the rejuvenated asphalt samples,and the above-mentioned properties were tested again.The results show that after the the secondary aging process,the penetration values of the secondly aged asphalts decrease,while the softening point and rotational viscosity values increase.Besides,high temperature rheological properties improve as well as low temperature rheological properties deteriorate.It’s worth noting that all the tested properties of the secondly aged asphalt are inferior to the firstly aged ones,indicating that the function failure of the rejuvenating agent occurs during the secondary aging process,and the anti-aging characteristics of rejuvenated asphalts are inferior than the new asphalts.
