摘要
社会经济迅猛增长与高速城市化进程极大地促进了城市建设的蓬勃发展。在设施资源和环境日益紧张的当下,如何通过改造手段提升早期建设的低标准建筑之性能与品质,成为存量建筑再生设计领域亟待解决的重要课题。基于开放建筑层级的理论框架,本文聚焦于SI体系整体性实施的全过程,在设计发展与技术实施上探究适应性设计方法。以深圳福田保税区项目为例,重点研究模块化、一体化外立面再设计再生模式应用,为构建可持续的城市设计提供有价值的参考。
The rapid socio-economic growth and urbanization surge have fueled urban construction.In the current resource-constrained environment,enhancing early-built buildings'performance and quality through renovation has been an urgent issue in the field of existing building regeneration design.Using the framework of open building hierarchy,this study examine the holistic implementation of SI system,exploring adaptive design strategies for design development and technical execution.Focusing on the Shenzhen Futian Free Trade Zone,it specifically studies the application of modular and integrated facade redesign models,offering insights for sustainable urban design.
