摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌病人重返工作适应性的潜在类别,并分析不同类别病人特征差异及影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2023年1月—5月在郑州市3所三级甲等医院门诊复查或住院治疗且已重返工作的318例乳腺癌病人为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、癌症病人重返工作适应性量表、中文版疾病接受度量表、乳腺癌病人心理弹性量表、癌症自我管理效能感量表对病人进行调查。采用潜在剖面分析探索乳腺癌病人重返工作适应性的潜在类别,采用Logistic回归分析不同类别的影响因素。结果:乳腺癌病人重返工作适应性存在3个潜在类别,即低适应水平-低应对组(26.1%)、中等适应水平-常规组(56.6%)、高适应水平-高效能组(17.3%)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,家庭人均月收入、重返工作时间、是否存在并发症、疾病接受度、心理弹性及自我管理效能感是乳腺癌病人重返工作适应性潜在类别的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌病人重返工作适应性有明显的分类特征,医护人员可根据不同类别特征制定针对性的干预措施,帮助乳腺癌病人更好地重返工作。
Objective:To explore the latent categories on adaptability of returning to work in breast-cancer patients,and to analyze the characteristics differences and related influencing factors of different categories of patients.Methods:A total of 318 breast-cancer patients were selected from as the research objects by convenience sampling methodology from January to May 2023,who had been re-examined or hospitalized in 3 tertiary grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou city and had been returned to work.The general information questionnaire,Cancer Patients′Adaptability of Returning to Work Scale,Chinese Version of Acceptance Illness Scale,Breast Cancer Survivors Resilience Scale and Strategies Used by People to Promote Health were used to investigate.The latent profile analysis were used to explore the potential categories of adaptability of returning to work in breast-cancer patients,and the influencing factors of different categories were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results:The adaptability of returning to work in breast-cancer patients was divided into 3 potential categories,namely low adaptation level-low coping ability group(26.1%),medium adaptation level-regular group(56.6%)and high adaptation level-high self-efficacy group(17.3%).Logistic regression analysis showed that average income per person,time of returning to work,complications,acceptance illness,mental resilience and self-management efficacy were influencing factors of latent categories on adaptability of returning to work in breast-cancer patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The adaptability of returning to work in breast-cancer patients have apparent categories characteristics,medical staff should carry out individualized interventions according to characteristics of different categories,so as to help patients better return to work.
