摘要
目的:探讨血清微小RNA-1-3p(miRNA-1-3p)及微小RNA-182-5p(miRNA-182-5p)联合检测对原发性肝癌(PHC)诊断及预后的预测价值。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年9月吉林省肿瘤医院收治的PHC患者78例作为PHC组,另选取同期健康体检者50名作为对照组;另根据随访3年后患者转归将PHC组患者分为存活组(n=56)和死亡组(n=22)。分别比较各组患者的血清miRNA-1-3p、miRNA-182-5p水平,通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清miRNA-1-3p及miRNA-182-5p联合检测对PHC预后的预测价值。结果:PHC组血清miRNA-1-3p水平低于对照组,miRNA-182-5p水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。死亡组血清miRNA-1-3p水平低于存活组,miRNA-182-5p水平高于存活组(P<0.05);死亡组、存活组miRNA-1-3p水平低于对照组,miRNA-182-5p水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,血清miRNA-1-3p及miRNA-182-5p联合检测预测PHC预后的ROC曲线下面积为0.923,特异度为94.6%。结论:血清miRNA-1-3p及miRNA-182-5p与PHC密切相关,且联合检测对PHC预后的预测价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the predictive value of serum microRNA-1-3P(miRNA-1-3p)and microRNA-182-5P(miRNA-182-5p)combined detection in the diagnosis and prognosis of primary liver cancer(PHC).Methods:A total of seventyeight PHC patients admitted to Jilin Cancer Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the PHC group,and fifty healthy physical examination subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.Patients in PHC group were divided into survival group(n=56)and death group(n=22)according to the outcomes after 3 years of follow-up.The levels of serum miRNA-1-3p and miRNA-182-5p in all groups were compared respectively.The predictive value of serum miRNA-1-3p and miRNA-182-5p combined detection on prognosis of PHC was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:The serum miRNA-1-3p level in PHC group was lower than that in control group,and the serum miRNA-182-5p level was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The serum miRNA-1-3p level in death group was lower than that in survival group,and the serum miRNA-182-5p level was higher than that in survival group(P<0.05);the level of miRNA-1-3p in death and survival groups was lower than that in control group,and the level of miRNA-182-5p was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the combined detection of serum miRNA-1-3p and miRNA-182-5p predicted the prognosis of PHC with an area under ROC curve of 0.923 and a specificity of 94.6%.Conclusion:Serum miRNA-1-3p and miRNA-182-5p are closely related to PHC,and combined detection has high prognostic value for PHC.
