摘要
[目的]快速预测25%啶菌唑水乳剂配方物理稳定性,探究不同助剂对配方稳定性的影响。[方法]通过研究样品流变性能以及多重光散射仪24 h扫描结果对水乳剂配方稳定性进行预测,观察样品热储析水率进行验证。[结果]根据流变结果及多重光散射扫描仪结果可知DS809、D800对配方稳定性影响最大,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚体系样品的物理稳定性最好。[结论]通过流变学及多重光散射研究有助于分析水乳剂稳定的内在机制,预测不同环境条件下的制剂样品稳定性的变化,为快速、准确筛选出水乳剂较佳配方提供有效手段。
[Aims]This study aims to quickly predict the physical stability of pyrisoxazole 25%EW,and to explore the effects of different additives on the stability of the formula.[Methods]The stability of the aqueous emulsion(EW)was predicted by studying the rheological properties of the sample and the 24 h scanning results of the multiple-light scatterer,and the water precipitation rate of the sample after thermal storage was observed for verification.[Results]According to the results of rheological and multiple-light scatterer,DS809 and D800 had the greatest influence on the stability of the formula,and the 5#sample had the best physical stability.[Conclusions]The study of rheology and multiple light scattering is helpful to analyze the intrinsic mechanism of the stability of EW,predict the changes of the stability of preparation samples under different environmental conditions,and provide an effective means for rapid and accurate screening of the best formulation of aqueous emulsion.
