基于NSGA-II的着色Petri网维修任务资源分配

摘要 针对民用飞机在设计维修任务过程模型时主要关注维修拆卸流程中的顺序问题,但是缺乏对维修资源分配问题的分析。提出了一种基于NSGA-II的着色Petri网维修资源分配方法,以提高民用飞机维修任务过程的维修效率并降低维修成本。该方法利用着色Petri网工具建立维修任务过程模型,实现对维修过程的可视化,使得维修任务设计人员分析整个维修过程,确定维修顺序与维修资源的从属关系。其次,建立了以最大化维修效率和最小化维修成本为多目标的优化模型,并运用NSGA-II算法对最优维修过程进行求解,实现维修任务的最优化维修资源分配。通过大气数据模块的维修任务拆卸实例,验证了本文方法的有效性,可避免资源重复分配,提高维修任务过程效率,降低维修成本。该方法在实际应用中具有较高的实用性和参考价值。 When designing the maintenance task process model for civil aircraft,the main focus is the sequential problem in the maintenance and disassembly process.Still,there is a lack of analysis of the maintenance resource allocation problem.An NSGA-II-based coloring Petri net maintenance resource allocation method was proposed to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce the maintenance cost of the civil aircraft maintenance task process.The technique used the coloured Petri net tool to build a maintenance task process model to visualize the maintenance process,which enabled the maintenance task designer to analyze the whole maintenance process and determine the maintenance sequence and the subordination of maintenance resources.Secondly,a multi-objective optimization model was established to maximize maintenance efficiency and minimize maintenance cost,which was solved by the NSGA-II algorithm for the optimal maintenance process and to realize the optimal allocation of maintenance resources for maintenance tasks.The effectiveness of this method was verified through the maintenance task disassembly example of the atmospheric data module,which could avoid the repeated allocation of resources,improve the efficiency of the maintenance task process,and reduce the maintenance cost.The method has high practicality and reference value in practical application.
