小规模限制性在线课程教学模式在妇产科“西学中”教学中的应用

摘要 目的探索基于小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)理念的教学模式在妇产科“西学中”教学中的应用。方法选取2022年1月至12月新乡市中心医院进行一期“西学中”培训的60名西医妇产科学员作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各30名。对照组采用传统授课方式开展教学,研究组采用SPOC教学模式开展教学。比较两种教学模式在学习准备、学习兴趣和态度、思维状态、学习效果等方面的评分和临床思维、病历书写、体格检查及总成绩的差异。结果研究组在学习准备、学习兴趣和态度、思维状态、学习效果等方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在临床思维、病历书写、体格检查及总分方面成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由于“西学中”培训开展年限较短,目前国家并无统一的教学模式,在临床带教中实施SPOC教学打破传统教学的限制,提高临床教学效果,可以培养出具备浓厚的以中医文化底蕴为主、中西医结合特色为辅的更高知识水平与实践技能的妇产科学实用型人才,值得进一步推广以应用于临床教学中。 Objective To explore the application of small private online course(SPOC)teaching model in the"Western medicine learning traditional Chinese medicine"teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 60 western medicine obstetrics and gynecology trainees who received a"Western medicine learning traditional Chinese medicine"training in Xinxiang Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 trainees in each group.The control group was taught in traditional teaching modle,while the study group was taught in SPOC teaching model.The differences of the two teaching models in learning preparation,learning interest and attitude,thinking state,learning effect,clinical thinking,medical record writing,physical examination and total scores were compared.Results The scores of study preparation,learning interest and attitude,thinking state and learning effect of study group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of clinical thinking,medical record writing,physical examination and total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Due to the short period of training in"Western medicine learning traditional Chinese medicine",there is no unified teaching model in the country at present.SPOC teaching in clinical teaching can break the restrictions of traditional teaching,improve the clinical teaching effect,and cultivate practical talents in obstetrics and gynecology with strong cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine and higher knowledge level and practical skills supplemented by the characteristics of integrated Chinese and western medicine.It should be further popularized and applied in clinical teaching.
