摘要
目的:分析快速康复外科护理在普外科手术患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6—12月于湖北省咸宁市咸安区中医医院普外科行手术治疗的160例患者作为观察对象,随机分成两组,各80例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予快速康复外科护理。对比两组患者心理状态、护理满意度、术后并发症发生率、临床指标。结果:护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后首次进食时间、术后首次下床活动时间、术后首次肛门排气时间、术后首次排便时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理在普外科手术患者围术期中的应用效果良好,能够改善患者负面情绪,减少并发症,优化临床指标,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in perioperative period of general surgery patients undergoing surgery.Methods:A total of 160 patients who underwent surgical treatment in General Surgery Department of Xian'an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Xianning City of Hubei Province from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received enhanced recovery after surgery nursing care.The psychological status,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of postoperative first eating,postoperative first ambulation,postoperative first anal exhaust and postoperative first defecation in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization cost in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in perioperative period of general surgery patients undergoing surgery is good,which can improve patients'negative emotions,reduce complications,optimize clinical indicators,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
