摘要
新质生产力对职业教育的高质量发展具有重大启示意义。当前的研究主要关注职业教育如何赋能新质生产力的形成与发展,然而,新质生产力首先是一个新的术语或概念,应用话语分析理论探究这一术语或概念在职业教育话语体系中的特定意涵和价值,对于职业教育的创新发展具有重大澄明和引领意义。在诺曼·费尔克劳提出的语体、话语与风格三要素的文本分析框架中,新质生产力是对当下我国生产力的现状和发展需求的洞见与表征,指明了我国经济社会发展的战略方向,且将引起生产关系的调整。相应地,作为话语,新质生产力有助于提高职业教育的地位,驱动职业教育向培养创新型技术技能人才转型,同时预示了职业教育改革的重点方向。为了推动新质生产力成为职业教育的常用话语,应当重视政策实践与学术研究实践的传播途径,还应促进各种实际活动广泛使用这一术语,使之成为职业教育实践的日常用语。
New productivity forces is of great significance to the high-quality development of vocational education.Current research mainly focuses on how vocational education can enable the formation and development of new productivity forces.However,new productivity forces is first of all a new term or concept.The application of discourse analysis theory to explore the specific meaning and value of this term or concept in the discourse system of vocational education is of great clarity and guiding significance for the innovation and development of vocational education.In the text analysis framework of three elements of style,discourse and style proposed by Norman Fairclough,the new productivity forces is the insight and representation of the current status and development needs of China's productivity,points out the strategic direction of China's economic and social development,and will cause the adjustment of production relations.Accordingly,as a discourse,the new productivity forces helps to improve the status of vocational education,drive the transformation of vocational education to cultivate innovative technical skills talents,and indicates the key direction of vocational education reform.In order to promote the new productivity forces to become the common discourse of vocational education,we should pay attention to the communication channels of policy practice and academic research practice,and promote the wide use of this term in various practical activities to make it become the daily term of vocational education practice.
