摘要
目的分析国内外人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)在糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)自我管理领域的研究现状、研究热点和前沿。方法运用可视化软件Cite Space 6.2.R4对中国知网、万方、维普数据库、Web of Science核心合集数据库中发表的AI在DM自我管理领域相关研究进行分析,检索时限为建库至2023年11月30日。结果共纳入中文文献32篇,英文文献207篇。AI在DM自我管理领域国内外发文量较少但总体呈上升趋势,研究热点主要集中在AI在DM自我管理的整体方面以及血糖、并发症和饮食3个关键方面中的应用。研究前沿包括饮食管理、健康促进、患者支持、AI、机器学习和深度学习。结论AI在DM自我管理领域研究不断增加,但目前我国在该领域的研究与国外有一定的差距。因此未来我国研究者应结合国内现状,关注该领域的研究热点及前沿动态,加强机构间合作,特别是国际合作,逐步提升我国在该领域的国际影响力,进一步推动该领域的发展,为DM患者提供更加高效、精准的自我管理支持。
Objective To analyze the research status,research hotspots,and frontiers of artificial intelligence(AI)in the field of diabetes mellitus(DM)self-management at home and abroad.Methods The visualization software Cite Space 6.2.R4 was used to analyze the research related to AI in the field of diabetes self-management published in CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,and Web of Science core collection database.The search time limited from the establishment of the database to November 30,2023.Results A total of 32 Chinese articles and 207 English articles were included.The number of articles in this field at home and abroad was small but the overall trend was rising,and research hotspots mainly focused on the application of AI in the overall aspects of DM self-management and 3 key aspects of blood sugar,complications,and diet.Research frontiers included diet management,health promotion,patient support,AI,machine learning,and deep learning.Conclusion AI research in the field of DM self-management is increasing,but at present there is a certain gap between China and foreign countries in this field.Therefore,in the future,Chinese researchers should combine the current situation in China,focus on research hotspots and frontiers dynamic in this field,strengthen inter agency cooperation especially international cooperation,gradually increase China's international influence in this field,further promote the development of this field,so as to provide more efficient and accurate self-management support for DM patients.
