摘要
当前,社会对人才应急处置能力的要求越来越高,培养应急技术领域的高素质专业人才十分必要。南京工业大学应急装备技术与工程专业根据目标导向、多元化实训、亲身体验、实时交互、面向全体的原则,探索建立了面向化工设备安全的智能化应急实训平台。该平台由多工艺化工生产模块、智能运维模块和应急实训模块组成,通过模拟真实的化工设备安全事故场景,为学生提供沉浸式的学习体验,培养学生的应急处置能力。实践表明,结合实际装置和虚拟仿真技术的实践教学是培养学生解决应急装备复杂工程问题能力的重要途径。
At present,the social demand for emergency response capabilities of talents is getting higher and higher.It is necessary to cultivate high-quality professionals in the field of emergency technology.The major of emergency equipment technology and engineering at Nanjing Tech University has explored the establishment of an intelligent emergency training platform for chemical equipment safety,based on the principles of target orientation,diverse practical training,hands-on experience,real-time interaction,and inclusiveness.This platform consists of multiple process-oriented chemical production modules,intelligent operation and maintenance modules,and emergency training modules.By simulating real scenarios of chemical equipment safety accidents,the platform provides students with immersive learning experiences,cultivating their emergency response abilities.Practice has shown that practical teaching combining practical facilities with virtual simulation technology is an important approach to develop students abilities to solve complex engineering problems related to emergency equipment.
