摘要
结合腈氯纶和对位芳纶的特性,开发了腈氯纶与对位芳纶混纺机织物,探讨了退浆工艺、预定形温度、染色工艺和热定形整理对混纺织物撕破强力、K/S值、色牢度的影响。优化后的工艺为:加入退浆剂DM-132220 g/L、除油精练剂DM-115515 g/L进行退浆,170℃预定形,100℃染色60 min,加入亲水柔软剂T160715 g/L,170℃定形60 s。该工艺在充分发挥两种纤维性能优势的同时,提高了织物的品质和附加值。
Based on the properties of acrylic-chloroplastic and para-aramid,the blended fabric of acrylicchloroplastic and para-aramid was developed.The influences of desizing process,presetting temperature,dye⁃ing process and thermal setting finishing on tearing strength,K/S value and color fastness of the blended fab⁃ric were discussed.The optimized process was as follows:added desizing agent DM-132220 g/L,oil removal refining agent DM-115515 g/L for desizing,preformed at 170℃,dyed at 100℃for 60 min,added hydrophil⁃ic softener T160715 g/L,set at 170℃for 60 s.The process not only gave full play to the advantages of the two fibers,but also improved the quality and added value of the fabric.
