摘要
目的分析心衰患者不同心功能分级与血尿酸水平的相关性。方法选取2021年4月—2023年3月本院收治的73例心衰患者设为观察组,另选同期的73例体检健康者为对照组,对两组成员均实施血清尿酸检测,对比分析心衰患者与健康者的血清尿酸水平,并重点分析观察组中I级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级心功能分级患者的血清尿酸水平。结果观察组患者尿酸水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中,心功能分级越高,患者的血清尿酸水平越高,Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级心衰患者尿酸水平显著高于I级患者(P<0.05)。结论心衰患者血清尿酸水平会出现明显的升高,且心功能分级越高,血清尿酸水平也就越高,检测患者的血清尿酸水平有助于检出心衰病情和判定心功能情况。
Objective To analyze correlation between different heart function grades and blood uric acid levels of patients with heart failure.Methods The paper chose 73 heart failure patients in our hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 as observation group,and 73 healthy individuals with physical examinations during the same period as control group.Serum uric acid levels were measured in two groups,serum uric acid levels of heart failure patients and healthy individuals were compared.Serum uric acid levels of patients with heart failure and those with heart function grades I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣin observation group were compared and analyzed.Results Serum uric acid level of control group was(283.40±17.16)μmol/L,while that of observation group was(384.45±21.17)μmol/L.Serum uric acid level of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Serum uric acid level of those with grade I heart function in observation group was(360.06±23.05)μmol/L,those with gradeⅡheart function was(371.20±24.96)μmol/L,those with gradeⅢheart function was(386.40±21.17)μmol/L,and those with gradeⅣheart function was(415.87±30.15)μmol/L.The higher the heart function grading,the higher serum uric acid levels of patients.Serum uric acid levels of heart failure patients with gradeⅢandⅣheart function were significantly higher than grade I(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum uric acid levels of patients with heart failure may increase significantly,and the higher cardiac function grade,the higher serum uric acid level.Clinically,detecting serum uric acid level of patients is beneficial for detecting heart failure and determining cardiac function.
