摘要
目前国内纤维板生产厂商对于热磨机磨片更换这一过程多采用人工更换,为了实现热磨机磨片更换的自动化生产,在中负载机械臂的基础上设计了固定磨片及螺栓拧紧的机械结构,并通过Ansys Workbench分别对热磨机磨片装卸设备执行末端连接架和电池齿轮滑轨机构的齿轮齿条进行静力学分析和瞬态动力学分析,结果显示二者的强度都满足使用需求,为后续的研究建立坚实的基础。
At present,the domestic fiberboard manufacturers for hot mill blade replacement process is mostly used for manual replacement,in order to realize the automated production of hot mill blade replacement,in the medium-loaded mechanical arm based on the design of the mechanical structure of the fixed blade and bolt tightening,and through the Ansys Workbench respectively on the hot mill blade loading and unloading equipment for the implementation of the end of the connecting frame and the rack and pinion of battery gear slide mechanism,static analysis and transient dynamics analysis.The static analysis and transient dynamic analysis are carried out respectively by Ansys Workbench,and the results show that the strength of both of them meets the requirements for use,which establishes a solid foundation for the subsequent research.
