摘要
面向应急技术与管理专业教学内容与课堂组织改革的现实需求,以“需求-教学-科研-实践”为主线,将实际突发事件案例、应急管理教学理论与最新科研成果相结合,培养学生的科学研究与创新能力。将应急管理的培养过程分解为灾前、灾中、和灾后3个阶段,制定标准化突发灾害事件表征方法。采用“分组制”组织学生开展应急响应案例收集和分析,并运用应急响应案例仿真演示,激发学生主动学习的兴趣。以数字化应急响应过程为载体,培养学生运用计算机、运筹学和专业知识进行应急决策的能力。通过教学内容和授课形式的探索,创新了产学研互动的教学观念和实践体系,有助于应急专业人才培养模式的完善。
In response to the practical requirements of reforming the teaching content and class organization in the field of emergency technology and management,following the theme of"demand-teaching-research-practice",this study combined the real-life cases of emergency events,theoretical principles of emergency management education,and the latest research findings to cultivate students’abilities in scientific research and innovation.The emergency management process was classified into three stages:pre-disaster,during the disaster,and post-disaster,with the establishment of standardized characterization methods for sudden disaster events.The students were organized into groups to collect and analyze the emergency response cases.Meanwhile,simulation demonstration methods were introduced to stimulate students’interest in active learning.The digitalized emergency response process platform was also used to illustrate students to make emergency decisions based on computer science,operations research,and professional knowledge.Through the exploration of teaching content and instructional methods,the innovative approach of interactive industry-university-research teaching concepts and practical systems is developed,contributing to the enhancement of talent development mode.
