摘要
城乡产业协同对于打破城乡二元结构、破解农村发展困境、实现共同富裕,意义重大。电子商务通过信息流通与共享、供应链优化与资源整合、资金流通与金融融合等机制,对城乡产业协同产生积极影响。鉴于此,文章首先构建电子商务和城乡产业协同的评价指标体系,对我国部分省级行政区的电子商务和城乡产业协同水平进行测度,在此基础上构建面板模型,并采用2016—2022年我国各省级行政区数据进行实证检验。结果表明:电子商务对城乡产业协同具有显著的促进作用,但存在区域异质性。在电子商务发展水平较高的地区,电子商务对城乡产业协同的作用力反而较弱;在电子商务发展水平较低的地区,其对城乡产业协同的作用力更强。
Urban-rural industrial synergy is of great significance in breaking the urban-rural dual structure,cracking the dilemma of rural development,and realizing common prosperity.E-commerce has a positive impact on urban-rural industrial synergy through the mechanisms of information circulation and sharing,supply chain optimization and resource integration,capital circulation and financial integration.In view of this,the article firstly constructs the evaluation indicator system of e-commerce and urban-rural industrial synergy,measures their level in some provincial-level administrative regions in China,then builds a panel model on this basis,and conduct empirical examination using the data of those regions in 2016-2022.The results show that e-commerce has a significant promoting effect on urban-rural industrial synergy,but there is regional heterogeneity.In regions with a higher level of e-commerce development,the role of e-commerce on urban-rural industrial synergy is weaker;in regions with a lower level of e-commerce development,its role on urban-rural industrial synergy is stronger.
