摘要
土木工程专业是典型的传统工科专业,在新工科快速发展背景下,相关学科的知识结构已产生较大变化,新技术、新方法、新工艺大量涌现,产业结构持续调整,技术革新层出不穷。基于传统专业课程的知识图谱,已不能满足行业新型技术人才的需求。因此,基于先进技术需求的知识图谱数据库建设工作亟待补充。研究课题结合互联网平台与AI技术,以企业需求为导向,建立新型土木工程人才培养交流平台将有利于促进学生与企业的交流,并了解用人单位的需求,通过知识图谱引导学生在高校期间获得行业紧缺人才的专业技能。同时,平台的建立有利于促进校企合作,推进高校人才培养模式的创新改革。
Civil engineering is a typical traditional engineering major,under the background of the rapid development of new engineering,it’s knowledge structure of related disciplines has undergone great changes.New technologies,new methods,new processes have emerged in large quantities,the industrial structure has been continuously adjusted,and technological innovations have emerged in an endless stream.Based on the knowledge graph of traditional professional courses,it can no longer meet the needs of new technical talents in the industry.Therefore,the construction of knowledge graph databases based on advanced technology requirements needs to be urgently supplemented.Combining the Internet platform and AI technology,guided by the needs of enterprises,the establishment of a new civil engineering talent training exchange platform will help promote the communication between students and enterprises,understand the needs of employers.Through the knowledge graph’s guidance,students can obtain the skills of talents strongly needed in the industry during the study period of colleges and universities.At the same time,the establishment of the platform is conducive to promoting school-enterprise cooperation and the innovation and reform of the talent training model of colleges and universities.
