摘要
目的:探究肌骨超声引导下循经筋病灶点针刀松解术治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年12月重庆市忠县中医医院收治的膝骨关节炎患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=40,接受常规循经筋病灶点针刀松解术治疗)与观察组(n=40,接受肌骨超声引导下循经筋病灶点针刀松解术治疗)。比较两组骨关节炎指数(WOMAC评分)、上囊积液量、弹性应变率、住院总时间、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组WOMAC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组WOMAC评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组上囊积液量、弹性应变率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组上囊积液量减少,弹性应变率升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:肌骨超声引导下的循经筋病灶点针刀松解术能够有效提高康复效果,缩短住院时间,且安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal point acupotomy for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Chongqing Zhongxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=40,receiving conventional point needle-knife release treatment of meridian tendon lesions)and observation group(n=40,receiving musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided point needle-knife release treatment of meridian tendon lesions)by random number table method.The osteoarthritis index(WOMAC score),effusion volume of upper bursa,elastic strain rate,total hospital stay and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in WOMAC scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the WOMAC score of both groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fluid accumulation and elastic strain rate between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the fluid accumulation and elastic strain rate of the upper bursa were decreased and increased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Musculoskeletal ultrasoundguided point needle-knife release can effectively improve rehabilitation,shorten hospital stay,and have high safety.
