摘要
文章主要研究了一种采用STM320F2808主控MCU,基于AI机器视觉技术的垃圾分拣控制系统,进行了机械臂机构、硬件电路及系统算法的设计。系统包括人工智能机器视觉物体识别模块、机械臂控制系统、智能垃圾桶与手机端App构成一个控制系统,结合主控芯片通讯接口,通过机器视觉识别在垃圾回收处理环节对垃圾进行精准分类,拥有自动化高、处理效率高、能耗低及便于安装等优点。
This article mainly studies a garbage sorting control system using STM32F103C8T6 main control MCU and AI machine vision technology.The mechanical arm mechanism,hardware circuit,and system algorithm are designed.The system includes an artificial intelligence machine vision object recognition module,a robotic arm control system,an intelligent trash can,and a mobile app to form a control system.Combined with the communication interface of the main control chip,the system uses machine vision recognition to accurately classify garbage in the garbage collection and treatment process.It has the advantages of high automation,high processing efficiency,low energy consumption,and easy installation.
