摘要
研究基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术的包装自动化生产线集成控制系统。通过设计集成控制框架与通信方案,实现机器人与PLC的协同管理。该系统利用工业以太网和交换机提高信息传输的实时性和可靠性,同时运用多线程技术加强任务处理能力。测试结果表明,集成控制系统有效提高了包装工作的合格率,从传统控制系统的95.9%提高到了99.4%。
The integrated control system of packaging automation production line based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)technology is studied.Through the design of integrated control framework and communication scheme,the collaborative management of robot and PLC is realized.The system uses industrial Ethernet and switch to improve the real-time and reliability of information transmission,and uses multi-thread technology to strengthen the task processing capability.The test results show that the integrated control system effectively improves the qualification rate of packaging work,from 95.9%to 99.4%of the traditional control system.
