摘要
为了实现“双碳”目标,天然气作为清洁高效的低碳化石能源,肩负着能源消费结构从高碳污染向低碳绿色过渡的重要使命。针对天然气锅炉燃烧器氮氧化物偏高的问题,本文设计了具有引射结构的燃烧器,并设计了两种不同的渐缩型燃气喷嘴和平直型喷嘴,同时对喷嘴与引射器的间距进行了研究。研究结果表明,渐缩型且具有引射结构的燃烧器炉膛氮氧化物的排放最低。其中,喷嘴伸入型引射结构的燃烧器的氮氧化物相比无引射管时减少了40.88%,氮氧化物降低效果最好。
In order to achieve the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"goals,natural gas,as a clean and efficient low-carbon fossil energy,shoulders the important mission of transitioning the energy consumption structure from highcarbon pollution to low-carbon.In order to solve the problem of high nitrogen oxides in natural gas burners used in gas boiler,a burner with an ejection structure was designed,and two different tapering gas nozzles and straight nozzles were designed,and the spacing between the nozzle and the ejector was studied.The results show that the tapering burner furnace with an ejection structure has the lowest NOx emissions.Especially,the NOx emission in the burner with nozzle extension type is 40.88%lower than that without the ejection tube,and the NOx reduction effect is the best.
