可塑型骨修复材料在牙龈瘤电切术后牙槽骨缺损患者中的应用

摘要 目的 探究可塑型骨修复材料在牙龈瘤电切术后牙槽骨缺损修复中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年2月至2023年10月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的120例牙龈瘤电切术后牙槽骨缺损患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。两组患者在切除牙龈瘤后均保留累及牙齿,对照组患者创口植入Bio-Oss Collagen骨填充材料并覆盖Bio-Gide可吸收生物膜,观察组患者创口植入可塑型骨修复材料并覆盖天然生物膜。比较两组患者术后6个月临床疗效、骨粉融合程度,术前及术后3个月、6个月的牙槽骨高度及密度、牙齿松动度,同时比较两组患者的不良事件发生率。结果 术后6个月,观察组和对照组患者的治疗有效率分别为91.67%、90.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3、6个月,两组患者的牙槽骨高度和密度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,观察组患者的骨粉融合程度1分、2分、3分占比分别为20.00%、45.00%、28.33%,与对照组的23.33%、40.00%、31.67%比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3、6个月,两组患者间的牙齿松动度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的不良事件发生率为8.33%,略高于对照组的5.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 国产可塑型骨修复材料与Bio-Oss Collagen骨填充材料用于牙龈瘤电切术后牙槽骨缺损治疗均具有良好修复效果,且安全性高,生物相容性好,术者可根据患者经济情况及需求选择合适材料。 Objective To explore the application effect of plastic bone repair materials in the repair of alveolar bone defects after electrosurgical resection of epulis.Methods A total of 120 patients with alveolar bone defects after electrosurgical resection of epulis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.Both groups of patients retained the involved teeth after surgical resection of epulis.Patients in the control group received Bio-Oss Collagen bone filler material implantation and Bio-Gide absorbable biomembrane coverage,while patients in the observation group received plastic bone repair material implantation and natural biomembrane coverage.The clinical efficacy at 6 months post-surgery,the degree of fusion of bone powder,the height and density of the alveolar bone,and the degree of tooth mobility before surgery and at 3 and 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the incidence of adverse events in the two groups was compared.Results At 6 months after surgery,the effective rate of the treatment in the observation group and control group were 91.67%and 90.00%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the height and density of alveolar bone between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after surgery(P>0.05).At six months after surgery,the proportions of patients in the observation group with bone meal fusion degree of 1 point,2 points,and 3 points were 20.00%,45.00%,and 28.33%,respectively,which showed no statistically significant difference with 23.33%,40.00%,and 31.67%in the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in tooth mobility between the two groups at 3 months and 6 months after surgery(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 8.33%,slightly higher than 5.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Both domestic plastic bone repair materials and Bio-Oss Collagen bone filling materials have good repair effects,high safety,and good biocompatibility for the treatment of alveolar bone defects after resection of epulis.Operators can choose suitable materials according to the patient's economic situation and needs.
