Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative nursing combined with individualized nutrition intervention based on patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA)for patients underwent laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy.Method:A total of 107 patients underwent laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from August 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into the reference group(n=54,received routine nursing)and the experimental group(n=53,received collaborative nursing+individualized nutrition intervention based on PG-SGA).The mental state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention, the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in experimental group were lower than those in control group, the scores of each dimension of the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)were higher than those in reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of collaborative nursing combined with individualized nutrition intervention based on PG-SGA in patients undergoing laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy can effectively improve patients'mental state and improve their quality of life.
