光子治疗仪在腹部Ⅱ、Ⅲ类手术切口患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨光子治疗仪在腹部Ⅱ、Ⅲ类手术切口患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2024年4月在潮州市人民医院住院行腹腔镜辅助或开腹手术患者70例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组采用切口常规换药法,观察组对照组基础上采用光子治疗仪照射手术切口,比较两组患者切口疼痛程度、切口最大渗液量、切口愈合等级。结果:观察组切口视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,切口最大渗液量少于对照组,切口愈合等级优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用光子治疗仪照射腹部Ⅱ、Ⅲ类手术切口,能够减轻患者切口疼痛,减少渗液,并促进切口愈合。 Objective To explore the application effect of photon therapeutic instrument in patients with abdominal type Ⅱ and Ⅲ surgical incision.Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent laparoscopic-assisted or open surgery in Chaozhou People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional incision dressing change method,and the observation group was treated with photon therapeutic instrument irradiation on the incision on the basis of the control group.The degree of incision pain,the maximum amount of incision exudation and the grade of incision healing were compared between the two groups.Results The Visual Analogue Scale score of incision in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the maximum amount of incision exudation was less than that in the control group,and the grade of incision healing was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of photon therapeutic instrument to irradiate abdominal type Ⅱ and Ⅲ surgical incisions can reduce incision pain,reduce exudation,and promote incision healing.
