摘要
目的:探讨双腔喉罩在无痛纤维支气管镜检查中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年8月—2024年2月于景德镇市第一人民医院进行无痛纤维支气管镜检查的患者98例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各49例。观察组在无痛纤维支气管镜检查中使用双腔喉罩,对照组在无痛纤维支气管镜检查中通过鼻导管给予氧气。比较两组血流动力学、不良事件发生情况及镜检医师、患者的满意度。结果:两组入室后(T_(0))的平均动脉压、心率与血氧饱和度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组纤支镜通过声门后即刻(T_(1))、纤支镜撤出声门后即刻(T_(2))的平均动脉压、心率均低于对照组,血氧饱和度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组镜检医师、患者的满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双腔喉罩在无痛纤维支气管镜检查中显示出较好的应用效果,能够稳定血流动力学,降低不良事件发生率,提高患者和镜检医师的满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of dual lumen laryngeal mask airway in painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Method:A total of 98 patients who underwent painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy in Jingdezhen NO.1 People's Hospital from August 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with a dual lumen laryngeal mask airway during painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy,and the control group was given oxygen through a nasal cannula during painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy.The hemodynamics,the occurrence of adverse events and the satisfaction of microscopic doctors and patients were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in mean arterial pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation after entering operation room(T_(0))between two groups(P>0.05).The mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group immediately after the flexible bronchoscope passed through the glottis(T_(1))and immediately after the flexible bronchoscope withdrew from the glottis(T_(2)),and the levels of blood oxygen saturation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of microscopic doctors and patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dual lumen laryngeal mask airway shows good application effect in painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy,which can stabilize hemodynamics,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the satisfaction of patients and microscopic doctors.
