摘要
《照护》以凯博文教授的亲身经历为背景,描述他照护患有阿尔茨海默病的妻子的过程。书中不仅展示了作者对医疗系统的观察和反思,还介绍了他在社会科学领域的探索和努力。通过个人视角的叙述,揭示了照护在实践中的意义和价值,帮助照护者更好地理解痛苦、照护他人。随着中国老龄化趋势的加剧,老年照护愈发重要。老年照护的伦理问题,涉及老年照护结构、照护过程以及照护结果三个维度。基于上述,进一步划分了责任伦理,并与中国传统文化相结合,明确个人、家庭、社会等不同主体的照护责任,为实施照护提供了指导。
Taking Professor Arthur Kleinman’s personal experience as the background,The Soul of Care describes his process of caring for his wife who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.The book not only showcases the author’s observations and reflections on the healthcare system,but also describes his explorations and efforts in the field of social sciences.Through narrations from a personal perspective,the significance and value of caregiving in practice are revealed,helping caregivers better understand pain and take care of others.With the intensification of China’s aging trend,elderly care has become increasingly important.The ethical issues of elderly care involve three dimensions,including elderly care structure,care process,and care outcomes.Based on the above,responsibility ethics have been further divided and combined with traditional Chinese culture to clarify the caregiving responsibilities of different entities such as individuals,families,and society,providing guidance for the implementation of caregiving.
