摘要
目的:观察比较长、短股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法:纳入2018年1月~2022年12月本院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者80例,随机均分为两组,分别采用长、短股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗,观察比较两组Harris髋关节功能恢复情况、手术相关指标及生活质量。结果:治疗6个月后观察组和对照组Harris髋关节功能评价优良率分别为80.0%和57.5%,观察组更高(P<0.05)。另外,观察组下床时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、术中出血量等手术相关指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月、术后6个月的生活质量评分均高于对照组术后对应的时间节点评分以及观察组术前评分(P<0.05)。结论:短钉股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折较长钉术后髋关节功能恢复更快、更好,患者术后生活质量更优。
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effect of long and short femur proximal anti-rotation intramedullary nail fixation on intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:80 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,which were treated with long and short proximal femoral antirotation intramedullary nscrews,respectively,to observe and compare the functional recovery of Harris hip joint,surgery-related indexes and quality of life of the two groups.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the excellent and good rates of Harris hip function evaluation in the observation group and the control group were 80.0%and 57.5%,respectively,and the observation group was higher(P<0.05).In addition,the time of getting out of bed,hospital stay,fracture healing time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group at 3 months and 6 months after surgery were higher than those of the control group at the corresponding time node after surgery and the preoperative scores of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur,hip function recovery is faster and better than that after long nails,and patients’postoperative quality of life is better.
