辅料添加对芝麻粕发酵及镉钝化能力的影响

摘要 【目的】探究添加不同辅料发酵的芝麻粕在镉污染土壤修复中的应用价值。【方法】设置添加不同辅料的芝麻粕发酵处理,包括T1(5 kg芝麻粕+1 kg麸皮)、T2(5 kg芝麻粕+1 kg玉米秸秆)和T3(5 kg芝麻粕+1 kg刨花),并以不加辅料的芝麻粕发酵为对照,即CK(6 kg芝麻粕),发酵30 d。通过对芝麻粕发酵过程中的理化参数测定及傅里叶红外光谱分析,考察添加不同辅料对芝麻粕发酵的影响。将不同辅料发酵的芝麻粕施加到镉污染土壤中,通过土壤中有效镉含量及赋存形态的检测,分析其对土壤中镉的钝化作用。【结果】添加辅料发酵的T1、T2、T3的pH值、总磷、有机质、碳氮比(C/N)均显著高于CK。傅里叶红外光谱分析发现,添加玉米秸秆的T2的发酵程度较高。镉污染土壤修复试验结果表明,在镉含量为5 mg·kg^(-1)的土壤中,施加T2使有效镉含量降低了81.60%,显著高于其他处理和对照;在镉含量为1、5、10 mg·kg^(-1)的土壤中,T2显著提高了氧化态和残渣态的镉含量,最高可达54.00%。【结论】在芝麻粕发酵过程中添加麸皮、玉米秸秆和刨花3种辅料能够促进芝麻粕的发酵过程。添加玉米秸秆发酵的芝麻粕对于镉含量为5 mg·kg^(-1)的土壤中的镉具有显著的钝化效果。 【Objective】To explore the application value of sesame meal fermented with different excipient additives for remediating cadmium-contaminated soil.【Method】The fermentation treatments were established using sesame meal with different excipient additives:including T1(5 kg sesame meal+1 kg mill offals),T2(5 kg sesame meal+1 kg corn straw)and T3(5 kg sesame meal+1 kg scobs),while the fermentation of sesame meal without excipient additives served as control(CK,6 kg sesame meal).The fermentation period was 30 days.The effects of different excipient additives on the fermentation of sesame meal were investigated by measuring the physicochemical parameters and conducting Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy during the fermentation process of sesame meal.The fermented sesame meal by different excipient additives was then applied to cadmium-contaminated soil,and analyzed its passivation effect on cadmium in soil by detecting the content and speciation of available cadmium.【Result】The pH value,total phosphorus,organic matter and carbon-nitrogen(C/N)ratio of T1,T2 and T3 treatments were significantly higher than in the CK group.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the T2 group,containing corn straw,exhibited a higher fermentation degree.In the remediation experiment of cadmium-contaminated soil,the application of T2 reduced the available cadmium content by 81.60%in the soil containing 5 mg·kg^(-1) of cadmium,showing significantly greater effectiveness than other treatments and the control.In the soil with cadmium content of 1,5,10 mg·kg^(-1),T2 significantly increased the content of oxidized and residual cadmium,reaching up to 54%.【Conclusion】The addition of mill offals,corn straw and scobs could promote the fermentation process of sesame meal.Sesame meal fermented with corn straw exhibited a significant passivation effect on cadmium in contaminated soil with a cadmium content of 5 mg·kg^(-1).
