摘要
以湿法磷酸为原料制取牙膏级磷酸氢钙的关键在于解决湿法磷酸的净化与脱氟问题。提出由中低品位磷矿石制得的湿法磷酸 ,采用溶剂沉淀法结合脱硫、脱氟、脱色等工艺的净化途径。研究重点探讨了磷矿粉和碳酸钡的加入量及反应条件对脱硫效果的影响 ;溶剂加入量对杂质金属离子除去效果的影响 ;真空度、温度与脱氟效果的关系。
A purification process of wet-process phosphoric acid,which is used for the production of toothpaste-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate,was studied.The crude phosphoric acid made from low-grade phosphorite was successfully purified through the steps of solvent precipitation,defluorination and desulfuration etc.The influences of reaction conditions,such as vacuum degree,temperature,solvent amount etc.On the efficiency of purification were investigated.
