摘要
基于城市污水管网中污水的非线性特点,研究了污水排放及节电控制问题.提出了一种新的污水泵站排水管网系统最优控制策略,以管网泵站系统为对象、区域规划控制为基础的智能控制排放污水流量;建立了以最小耗能为目标和污染最少为约束的系统数学模型.通过仿真获得了系统泵站间流量与水位的关系曲线,结果与实验结论相比较,验证了数学模型的正确性,表明该控制策略有良好的应用价值.采用该方法结合VVVF变频控制在实际泵站应用中会比传统运行方式更加优越,取得节电效果最佳、区域污水外溢污染最小的双优控制结果.
The flow of urban sewage has nonlinear characteristic. Based on this fact, a study of sewage's discharge and saving electricity control is made, and an optimal control strategy for an urban sewage pumping station discharging network system was proposed and the mathematical model based on minimizing energy and pollution is presented. It is an intelligent control system, which takes the pumping station discharging network system as the object and the area programming as the base. By controlling the station's pumps, the pipeline flow is automatically adjusted, and an optimal and economic mode is realized. This control strategy is proved to have good performance in application and to be feasible by simulating calculation. The combination of the method with VVVF yielded a method which was superior to the traditional method with constant rate and could achieve the control goal of minimizing energy and pollution.
