摘要
从分析中国环保产业现状入手 ,指出资金短缺是阻碍中国环保产业发展的主要因素之一 ;根据中国目前环保投融资体制改革的方向 ,提出加大运用 BOT模式的力度发展中国环保产业 ;论述了在中国环保产业领域采用 BOT的可行性和重要性 ,并分析了有关问题。
With the analysis of the present situation of the environmental protection industry in China,it is put forward that capital deficient is one of the key factors that hamper the development of the environmental protection industry. In light of the present reform trend of investment and financing mechanism, BOT program is suggested to take advantage of developing the environmental protection industry. The feasibility and significance of using BOT program are explained, some problems related are analyzed.
